Center for Special Education Law

The Center for Special Education Law is available to parents who have children with disabilities and are receiving or trying to receive education in the state of Colorado.  Program Counsel, Michael Breeskin, a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center, has experience in addressing the educational needs of children under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and Section 504 of the Vocational Rehabilitation Act.  If your child’s educational needs are not being properly addressed, Mr. Breeskin can seek a just solution on your child’s behalf.  The Center for Special Education Law charges fees based on a sliding scale.
