Disability Law Colorado provides free or low-cost legal services to people with disabilities whose civil rights have been violated. We may be able to accept your case if it relates to housing discrimination, service animals, employment discrimination, abuse/neglect, seclusion/restraint, special education, or other areas we work in. Provide very specific legal services for people with disabilities such as dispute resolution for cases concerning Vocational Rehabilitation (called the Client Assistance Program), assistance with ensuring children get appropriate education, representation for housing complaints, and advocacy on behalf of people with disabilities regarding assistive technology needs in partnership with Colorado Assistive Technology Project. Also, provide assistance with PABSS (Protection and Advocacy of Beneficiaries of Social Security). Fees: YES, on occasion
