About the Elderly, Blind, and Disabled Medicaid Waiver

The Elderly, Blind, and Disabled Waiver, or EPD, provides supports to persons age 65 or older who have functional impairment or are blind, or to people ages 18 to 64 who are physically disabled and require long term supports and services.
