Provides support, advocacy and resources to people with mental illness and their families.
Provides free counseling services through various community agencies to low income Colorado residents. Call for locations of community agencies. Provides in-school programming for youth in public high school through a program called “Check your Head.”
The Denver-Metro Community Parent Resource Center informs and empowers low-income, culturally and linguistically diverse families as advocates for their children with disabilities, age birth to 26, to achieve meaningful participation in their schools and communities in the Denver Metro area. Present trainings to parents and professionals as well as provide parent advising via email, telephone or face-to-face. Spanish translation is available. All services are free of charge.
Offers a wide selection of audio-books.
Provide clinical evaluations for people with disabilities, training for professionals and assistance with funding for assistive technology including a device exchange program. Colorado Assistive Technology Match offers a technology exchange program (see website for details).
Services offered by the Colorado Talking Book Library include providing postage-free recorded, Braille, and large print library materials to eligible readers in Colorado.

Provides free communication devices such as TTY machines, amplified phones, speaker phones, ring signaling devices for people with hearing impairments and specialized telephone equipment for citizens who are Deaf-Blind.
Rebuilding Together Metro Denver unites volunteers to repair and rehabilitate the homes of low-income elderly and people with disabilities in the Denver metropolitan area. They build wheelchair ramps, install grab bars and railings.
