Advocates for persons with all disabilities and their families through information and referral to agencies and services. They partner with families to facilitate individual and system changes in services and accommodations. They support efforts in advocacy for legislation, program development and community education. Enforcement agency for Title II of the ADA which covers state and local governments; may be appropriate to contact regarding broader ADA issues in relation to accessing programs of local governments.

We provide legal advice, assistance and representation; Family Visa Processing; Naturalization/Citizenship; U Visas/VAWA; Deportation Defense; Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals/DACA. We educate the community on immigration issues; Legal Aid Clinic Nights; Free community trainings on immigration law and the protection from the unauthorized practice of law.
