The Elderly, Blind, and Disabled Waiver, or EPD, provides supports to persons age 65 or older who have functional impairment or are blind, or to people ages 18 to 64 who are physically disabled and require long term supports and services.

The Complementary and Integrative Health Waiver is available to Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) eligible Coloradans living with a spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, brain injury, spina bifida, or cerebral palsy with the inability for independent ambulation over the age of 18.

The Brain Injury Waiver assists people with a brain injury who need extra support to live in their communities. This waiver qualifies a member for all health first Colorado benefits, except nursing facilities, and long term hospital care.

The Supported Living Services, or SLS Waiver provides necessary services and supports for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities so they can remain in their homes and communities. Participants on this waiver do not require 24 hour supervision.

The Developmental Disabilities Medicaid Waiver is for individuals with a documented developmental diagnosis. It provides access to 24 hour a day, seven days a week supervision.

The Community Mental Health Supports waiver provides assistance to people with a mental illness that require long term supports and services in order to remain in a community settings.
